Enrollment of approximately 4,400+ students in grades K-12. Seeking a visionary, student-centered educational leader who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills that promotes a collaborative environment; proven ability to work effectively with all district stake-holder groups; strong knowledge of educational best practice, research, and innovative practices; demonstrated experience in leading high-quality administrative and faculty teams; experience in school finance, budgeting and cost-effectiveness strategies. Professional attributes must include a high standard of ethics; sincere interest in the education and personal development of youth; skills in selecting, motivating and evaluating highly qualified staff. Candidate must commit to WASD First Choice Initiative. Central Office Administration experience required. Doctorate desired. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
