Bids must be submitted to the attention of KS, Business Office Accounting Manager. Bids received after the above referenced date and time shall be returned to the bidder unopened. Bids will be publicly opened after the scheduled closing time. Bid opening will occur on October 22nd, 2025 at 1 p.m. EST.
