6th-grade families: This is a reminder to sixth-grade families that your child will need a dental exam and immunizations for 7th grade. The dental form can be completed for any dental exam completed after July 1st, 2023. The dental form is available on the school district website or in the nurse's office.
The PA Department of Health requires all 7th-grade students to have a Tdap and Meningococcal vaccine by the first day of their 7th-grade school year. Please provide an updated copy of your child's immunization record to the school nurse as soon as possible. If your child will not have these immunizations by the first day of 7th grade, please contact the school nurse at 717-762-1191 x 1341.
