WASHS Informational Reminders & Updates
- WASD has a scheduled early dismissal on Friday, March 1
- Secondary dismissal at 11:50 am. CareerTech students will return early for 11:50 am dismissal.
- We will be following a modified schedule to complete building-level activities.
- For grades 9, 10, and 11, the schedule will focus on tasks related to course selection for the 2024-25 school year. Attendance for grades 9-11 will be very important so that students understand their options for course selection as well as the timeline we will be following; make-up sessions will not be offered. Full-time Apex students are encouraged to attend and should contact Mr. Lane if they plan to do so.
- Mr. Leidy and Mrs. Mendez-Murphy will visit CareerTech in March to conduct course selection with Spring semester students.
- Seniors who are usually in the building in the morning, as well as seniors who are able to report in the morning, should do so. Ms. Eddy and I will be conducting a short class meeting in preparation for graduation and will also support seniors in a variety of tasks.
- WASHS will be offering family/teacher conferences on Thursday, March 7 from 3:00-6:00 pm. If you’d like to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher, please contact them via email.
- Wednesday, February 28, 2024 is the last day to pre-order a yearbook. Follow THISlink to order.
