Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Asbestos Abatement at the Waynesboro Area Middle School will be received at the Administrative Offices of Waynesboro Area School District, 210 Clayton, Ave. Waynesboro, PA 17268 until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, on May 7, 2024. Bids must be submitted to the attention of Dr. Eric Holtzman, Business Administrator. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the Bidder and shall be clearly marked “Asbestos Abatement at Waynesboro Area Middle School”. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. Bids received after the above-referenced date and time will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
On or after April 16, 2024, Bidders may obtain bidding documents in hard copy and/or .pdf electronic format or may direct questions about obtaining bidding documents to Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates Bidding Department at bidding@cra-architects.com. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 3:30 PM, prevailing time, at the Waynesboro Area Middle School, 702 East Second Street Waynesboro, PA 17268
